The Wave parking garage in Atlantic City will be available for people to park their vehicles during the upcoming flooding events in the gaming resort. The Casino Reinvestment Development Authority announced that the garage is available through early Saturday afternoon so residents can move their vehicles away from high water.

20 year old Adam Jones of Pleasantville was arrested over the weekend for being in possession of 110 bags of heroin in Atlantic City. Police say Jones was arrested Saturday afternoon on Hummock Avenue. Jones also had a prescription pill; he was released on a summons.
13 members of Air Station Atlantic City were awarded medals Wednesday in Philadelphia for their heroism during recent hurricane events. The members of the United States Coast Guard responded to 94 search and rescue cases, and saved 66 lives. Most of the action was during hurricanes Florence and Harvey last year.
Ocean City officials have postponed a public open house at its fire house on Asbury Avenue scheduled for Thursday. The forecast calls for the potential of moderate coastal flooding, so the event has been pushed back until Thursday, October 17th, from 5:00-8:00pm.

Two New Jersey women have been charged after they were caught cheating at a church bingo game in South Jersey. 71 year old Teresa Davis and 38 year old Keasha Brockington alleged they had a winning bingo card worth $200. Problem is, they taped one of the winning numbers onto a losing bingo card.
