Several men appeared in court Friday, the latest charged in a massive prescription fraud case that cheated the public workers health insurance programs. Cape May County Surrogate Dean Marcolongo has been named to serve on the Judiciary Surrogate Liaison Committee by the New Jersey Supreme Court. His three year term will run through the end of 2021. Officials say the EZ Pass website went down for a second time on Thursday, making it impossible for drivers to dispute tickets or add more money on to their accounts.
