The Commission is expected to authorize various applications for capital projects, and may adopt a bond ordinance for capital improvements.
The Avalon Borough Council meets this afternoon. Council is expected to receive information from its municipal engineer regarding a new bulkhead project on the west side of 21st Street, and about a street paving project on 47th Street. Avalon’s meeting begins at 4pm.
