A 78 year old man was killed when he was struck by a vehicle on the Atlantic City Expressway Wednesday evening. The accident took place in Winslow Township. The man got out of his vehicle and was hit by the vehicle; the driver of the car stayed at the accident scene.
Sea Isle City is now dispatching fire, police, and rescue services to all fire calls. The Press of Atlantic City reports that these practices have been put in place after some recent house fires; one included a fatality. Officials say other changes are being considered but would not go in to detail about them.
If you ever decide to change your gender, you can now have that move reflected on your New Jersey driver’s license. The Motor Vehicle Commission announced that customers may now change their gender designation without a doctor’s note. A duplicate license will be needed, and that costs $11.
