MURPHY TO DELIVER NEW BUDGET MESSAGE BY AUGUST 25TH

Governor Phil Murphy announced that he will present a revised budget message to the state legislature no later than August 25th. Murphy says he will sign a bill that will extend the current fiscal year through September 30th.

STATE REPORTS TEN CORONAVIRUS DEATHS IN CAPE MAY COUNTY

The State of New Jersey now reports ten deaths from coronavirus in Cape May County. The state’s official dashboard shows a slowdown of cases, and deaths in the County with 169 positive tests in the County, to date. Atlantic County has 11 deaths, Cumberland County, three.

NEW JERSEY COVID-19 DEATH TOLL: 2,805

The State of New Jersey has reported an additional 365 deaths from coronavirus. The total death toll has now climbed to 2,805. The total number of cases in New Jersey has risen to 68,824. Governor Phil Murphy says another 2,051 individuals remain in critical or intensive care units.
