The driver of a New Jersey Transit bus that struck and killed a woman in West Cape May will not be charged. An investigation revealed that 56 year old Efterpi Hines fell off her bicycle before she was struck by the bus. The accident took place back on May 18th.

A bomb threat was called in to the beaches of Brigantine over the holiday weekend. City officials say the threat was called in Saturday morning to the Cove Beach, but no explosives were found. The beach was closed for several hours as a precaution and has since re-opened.
