North Wildwood Police have released a photo of a male who is wanted in connection with an assault on the city’s boardwalk early Monday morning. Work on the County’s Ingrams Thorofare Bridge will conclude no later than June 17th. County officials announced today that one lane of operation will be maintained weekdays until the bridge work is completed. This bridge is on Avalon Boulevard, in Middle Township.

The Lower Township Council meets Monday evening and has an ordinance for consideration that would designate cannabis retail and delivery licenses in the GB-1 and Industrial zoning districts. A second reading of the ordinance is scheduled for July 6th. Council may also set annual fees for licensing and registration for these types of businesses.
The Middle Township Committee will present a budget presentation during Monday’s meeting. The Committee will get the presentation from its Chief Financial Officer and auditor. A public hearing on the budget will follow. The Committee is also expected to authorize some property auctions.
