More mail-in election ballots are coming to New Jersey. The New Jersey Senate approved a bill Monday that will send more mail-in ballots to voters, even if they didn’t specifically ask for them. The Assembly will consider the same bill on Tuesday.

Gasoline is a bargain heading into Labor Day weekend. Mid Atlantic AAA reports that gas prices dropped by a whopping ten cents a gallon in the past week to an average of $2.66 a gallon in Cape May County. We are still six cents above the national average, but right at the state average.

A 48 year old teacher at Mainland Regional High School has been accused of exposing himself to a female on the Ocean City beach. Police say Christopher Denn was arrested two weeks ago and charged with criminal sexual contact. Denn is also known in our region for being a local swimming coach.
Atlantic City Police have charged an 18 year old man with drug offenses after cops found 291 grams of pot inside his car, along with a scale. Police arrested Jasir Turner last Wednesday morning. Police report they could smell pot coming from the car.
