A bomb threat was called into a school in Millville and an evacuation took place as a result. The Daily Journal reports that the threat was a hoax at Wood Elementary School. According to their data, 17 percent of high school children smoke. New Jersey previously spent $7.6 million on smoking prevention; this year it only spent $600,000.
