COUNTY LIBRARIES TO BE CLOSED ON APRIL 29

The Cape May County Library Commission announced today that all locations of the Cape May County library system will be closed on Friday, April 29, 2011 for staff training.  The Commission apologizes for any inconvenience. WARRANTS ISSUED IN BRIDGETON MURDER

A Friday shooting in Bridgeton has a suspect. The News of Cumberland County reports that police have issued a warrant to arrest Isiah L. Thomas in Bridgeton. A 17-year-old and a 15-year-old were shot on Friday night. Police say that police are searching for Thomas. Anyone with information is asked to contact (856) 451-0033.

CANCER BENEFIT SUNDAY IN MARGATE

On Sunday over 200 people participated in the tenth annual “Patti McWalk”, which began at Lucy the Elephant in Margate City. Participants walked along the beach from Lucy to the Margate Fishing Pier and back.
