PHILADELPHIA: NUTTER RE-ELECTED MAYOR

Michael Nutter has won another term as mayor of Philadelphia.  Nutter will finish Tuesday night with over 70% of the vote; the Associated Press called the race less than an hour after polling ended.  Nutter defeated republican Karen Brown.  Nutter is 54 years old and gets four more years as mayor of Philadelphia.
