An apartment complex in Brigantine was struck by an early morning fire. Strong Northeast winds pushed the fire through the complex in the 900 block of E. Brigantine Avenue, as the fire started at about 3:30am Friday. Firemen are on the scene several hours later conducting their investigation. At this time no injuries were reported.
