CASINOS SHUT DOWN AHEAD OF HURRICANE IRENE

Mandatory evacuations means mandatory evacuations. Atlantic City’s casinos were closed today as a 6 a.m. Coastal communities in Atlantic County got the evacuation order on Thursday. According to reports, this is only the third time since gambling was legalized in New Jersey that the casinos have been shut down for a period of time.
