FORMER MAYOR TO SERVE AS SUB IN VENTNOR

A replacement has been named on the Ventnor City Council. The Press of Atlantic City reports that council is naming former mayor Ted Bergman to fill a void after Commissioner Stephen Weintrob stepped down. A special election is being held in November to fill the vacancy formally. Weintrob will serve the position until that time.

WIDENING OF PARKWAY WILL CONTINUE
