A store robbery turned violent when a store owner was stabbed. Police are investigating an incident that took place on Tuesday night. The stabbing happened at the Country Farms store on Route 50. Anyone with information is asked to call the Hamilton Township Police Department at 625-2700.

Apparently there aren’t that many people who need medical marijuana in New Jersey. New numbers released by the state Health Department show that only 18 patients have signed up for the program since Aug. 9. The drug will be dispensed beginning next month.
A pair of South Jersey police departments will have more cash. Atlantic City and Vineland both received federal dollars to address crime issues in their cities.
