Middle Township Republicans made their choice for township committee in Tuesday’s primary election. Michael Clark beat Salvatore DeSimone with nearly 70 percent of the vote. LANGFORD WINS DEMOCRATIC PRIMARY

It looks like Atlantic City will not be getting a new mayor. Incumbent Lorenzo Langford beat two opponents in Tuesday’s Democratic primary election with 50 percent of the vote. Langford is expected to beat challenger Don Guardian in the November election, as registered Democrats in Atlantic City outnumber Republicans by a 8-1 margin.
