The Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office is investigating the Lower Township Municipal Utilities Authority for possible corruption. STONE HARBOR PROMOTES SCHUTTA TO CAPTAIN

A promotion in the Stone Harbor Police Department on Tuesday.  Council unanimously approved the promotion of Thomas Schutta to Captain.  Schutta took his oath of office from Clerk Suzanne Stanford and received his badge from former Stone Harbor police chief Steven O’Conner.  Schutta has been with the Stone Harbor Police Department for over 18 years.
