Atlantic County has struck a deal with the Richard Stockton College to provide a countywide emergency dispatching system. It’s a full day off for students at Atlantic Cape Community College. The college announced today that it has cancelled evening classes as a result of the wintry mix of weather that fell over South Jersey. Daytime classes were also cancelled earlier today. The Upper Township community is mourning the weekend passing of former clerk and committeewoman Barbara Camp. Camp passed away at the age of 70 on Saturday.
