Police in Hamilton Township charged a Barnegat man with breaking into a couple homes, and stealing a chilled bottle of wine from one of the homes.  Nicholas Kutassy was found by police trying to conceal the bottle of wine from a home near Hanthorn Street.  Police are asking for other property owners in the area …
