Members of the Wildwood Beach Patrol rescued two swimmers who entered the ocean after guards went off duty on Friday night. The call came in shortly before 8pm as two swimmers became distressed about 100 yards offshore. A special after hours crew was still on duty and able to pull the two simmers to safety.

Atlantic City Police have issued a very stern warning to operators of drones and other similar devices near the city’s air show next week. Those drones are prohibited within ten miles of the airspace used by the air show. If drones are found in violation, the drones will be confiscated and the owners arrested.

A mask mandate begins Monday at Stockton University. University officials announced on their website that all individuals using common indoor areas will be required to mask up, regardless of vaccination status. Classroom instruction begins on September 7th, and all students and instructors will be required to wear masks.
