Cape May will be showing off some park renovations on Tuesday morning. City leaders will gather next to the Cape May Elementary School to show off new improvements at a park on Lafayette Street. Garden and playground areas were improved to provide connectivity to the school. The project was funded through a state agency.

North Wildwood Police reported that a sailboat ran aground at the Fifth Avenue beach on Friday night. The only information that was made available was that everyone on the vessel was accounted for. A video posted on the North Wildwood Police Facebook page shows the sailboat being towed from the water’s edge across the beach.
