Marian Ragusa is expected to replace Judge Dorothy Garrabrandt who has resigned from her various municipal judgeships to accept a position as an administrative law judge. Governor Christie has ordered flags to be flown at half staff on Saturday for New Jersey State Police Lieutenant William Fearon.
