Authorities have identified the victim of Wednesday’s fatal shooting in Atlantic City. 41 year old Alnijm Dunbar was shot to death on the 300 block of North South Carolina Avenue on Wednesday evening. 33 year old Herbert Jacobs was also shot, but he survived.
