Wildwood Police have announced the arrests of two adults for alleging selling and possessing drugs in their West Taylor Avenue home. Police have charged 34 year old Danny Joyner and 58 year old Dorothy Peak with multiple drug offenses. Joyner was lodged in the County Jail; Peak was released on a summons. ##
A 37 year old Middle Township man has been indicted on sexual assault charges. County Prosecutor Robert Taylor announced that Jay H. Gaskill III has been indicted on charges relating to an incident that occurred in 2015. Gaskill posted his bail which was set at $50,000 cash. ##
A full military and police escort is expected Thursday as the body of United States Marine Corps member Tyler Wechsler of Egg Harbor Township is brought from Philadelphia to a local funeral home. Wechsler’s body was found near a hiking trail in Hawaii earlier this month after he had been missing for nine days. ##
The Pleasantville Board of Education may decide to dedicate the high school gym to honor the legacy of former boys basketball coach Ken Leary. Leary died in 2016 at the age of 73 after one of the most successful coaching careers in South Jersey history. ##
Bridgeton police say a man pulled a knife on two men who were working on a building in the downtown district on Tuesday afternoon. Bruce Cisrow has been charged with approaching two men who were doing repair work and threatened one of the workers with a knife. Cisrow was charged with weapons offenses. ##

New Jersey State Police are investigating a head on traffic accident on Route 9 in Upper Township Wednesday morning. Police say two vehicles collided head on in Palermo; the drivers were the only occupants of the vehicles and neither suffered life-threatening injuries. ##
Hamilton Township Police are warning the public about a phone scam where residents are being asked to send a check to support police efforts. Police say they do not solicit any funds in this manner and advise the public not to send any funds as this consists of fraudulent activity. ##
A 25 year old Wildwood man was arrested following a drug bust at his residence on Pacific Avenue that netted authorities 337 bags of heroin and a quantity of marijuana. Duel Muniz-Rodriguez was charged with various drug distribution and possession offenses; he could face between three to five years in a state prison, if convicted.…
Pink will play a beach concert in Atlantic City this summer. The Press of Atlantic City reports that Pink will play her only east coast show on the city’s beach on Wednesday, July 12th. Pink will play in Wisconsin, and in Ontario before the Atlantic City appearance. ##
