Two adults have been charged with pimping out a child for sex in South Jersey. Authorities announced charges have been brought against 47 year old Marcus Tukes of Bridgeton and 31 year old Courtney Glose of Brigantine. They were both arrested at a Knight’s Inn in Absecon. Bail is set at $250,000 apiece.
An inmate at the Southern State Prison was airlifted to a hospital following a fight with another inmate Saturday morning. The Middle Township Police Department has launched a new, free mobile phone app. Chief Chris Leusner announced that the app is available on any platform and will allow the department to disseminate news quickly about missing persons, traffic delays, and other events. The alleged killers of Nicole Angstadt will likely face a trial instead of getting a plea deal. That’s according to county prosecutors who appeared in court on Friday to discuss the case.
