Federal and State officials will take the next three years to study back bay flooding problems in New Jersey. Authorities have identified 21 year old Marcus Campbell as the victim of a fatal shooting Wednesday night in Mays Landing. Campbell was shot several times at the Woodlands Condominiums in what authorities have classified as a “turf war” shooting. So far, no arrests have been made.
