2016 was the third warmest year in New Jersey’s history. The average temperature was 55 degrees for the entire year, which falls just shy of state records set in 1998, and topped in 2012. Six of the state’s warmest years on record have occurred in the past 14 years.
The entire city of Millville may become a rehabilitation area.
