A third suspect in the huge public health insurance fraud scheme in South Jersey pleaded guilty in court earlier today. 37 year old Stephen Urbanski of Marlton appeared before a federal judge and admitted his role in the prescription drug ring. Two other suspects may appear in court later today. ##
A new report suggests that New Jersey inappropriately provided $1 million in home loans to Hurricane Sandy victims, and the federal government wants that money back. The feds believe 21 home buyers were not qualified to get the assistance due to income limits and now it will ask New Jersey to refund the money. ##

A judge has ruled that yes, New Jersey can condemn properties in two New Jersey beach communities to widen the beach and build resilient dunes. A Lacey Township man killed his seven year old son, wife, and family dog before taking his own life on Thursday. Authorities say the killings took place in a residential neighborhood; the 51 year old suspect had self-inflicted injuries and later died at a hospital. ##
Middle Township Police announced that a section of Route 9 that was closed due to a motor vehicle accident has since re-opened. An early morning accident resulted in a motor vehicle smashing into a utility pole. The pole needed to be replaced before traffic was allowed again on the highway in Cape May Court House.…
