Two 14 year old boys have been charged with arson following an investigation into a fire at a city school. The Daily Journal reports that the teens started the fire in a boys’ bathroom. The fire activated the school’s sprinkler system; there were no injuries.
A 25 year old Millville man will spend the next 30 years of his life in prison for using a concrete block to kill another man. Justin “Spazz” Daughtry will also be ineligible for parole during his term. He killed 21 year old Port Norris resident Sean Hill back in April, 2016.
Two people are confirmed dead after their motor vehicle went into a lake in Burlington County. Authorities say the vehicle went off a jug handle following an accident, sending the car into the lake. Authorities have not yet released the names of the deceased.
