Lower Township Police say a five-vehicle accident Tuesday was caused by an impaired driver. Police have charged 35 year old Crystal A. Nace of the Villas with being under the influence at the time of the accident which occurred at Bayshore and Ferry Roads. Nace struck four vehicles that were stopped at a traffic light.
