A 64 year old Millville man has been convicted on charges that he beat a woman outside of a city liquor store with a lawn chair. Clarence “Mad Dog” Jenkins was convicted last week on a charge of second degree assault. Jenkins could face up to a decade behind bars when he’s sentenced in April.
