Stone Harbor Incumbent Loses in Council Election

Stone Harbor incumbent Councilman Charles Krafczek was defeated in the municipal election Tuesday night.  He lost to Victor Foschini, who was the top vote getter in Stone Harbor.  Foschini and Jennifer Gensemer were elected by voters Tuesday night.
