New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy Wednesday now says he strongly discourages all non-essential interstate travel. Murphy made the announcement on his social media page Wednesday afternoon. Anyone who arrives to New Jersey from outside our immediate region should self-quarantine for 14 days according to Murphy. State officials promise future guidance soon.

New figures released Tuesday morning also show 4,383 new cases of the virus statewide. Governor Murphy continues to ask that Thanksgiving celebrations be small and involve immediate family.
