New Jersey reported only three additional deaths from Covid-19 on Monday. Governor Murphy announced that over 300 new cases were reported Monday as well, but he did not announce any new openings of businesses in the private sector. The rate of transmission remains barely at over one percent.
New Jersey State Police report a shooting incident on Route 49 in Salem County Sunday. Police say a double shooting took place, with both victims found inside a Dodge Intrepid. Both victims survived the shooting. Both men were shot when they tried to make a turn into a restaurant. The suspect remains at large.
