New Jersey State Senator Ray Lesniak will introduce a bill on Monday that will limit the solitary confinement time given to prisoners.  Lesniak says there has been a widespread expansion of the use of solitary confinement throughout the country, including New Jersey.  Advocates say the practice is inhumane.
