Governors from New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Connecticut were all on the call. No new announcements were made, but many believe they are imminent.

One person is dead as a result of a boating accident in the Raritan Bay over the weekend. Authorities say a capsized boat was found in the bay near Keyport on Saturday and one person was pulled from the water. The United States Coast Guard and other agencies responded to the incident.
