Governor Christie signed a new $34.7 billion budget into law early Tuesday morning that restores all state services, including the re-opening of all state-run parks and beaches. State-run recreational areas are open on July 4th, a day before normal state operations resume. ##

A boat fire caused injuries to the operator of the vessel Sunday afternoon in Little Egg Harbor. State Police say the fire started on West Shrewsbury Drive and the operator of the vessel was being treated for non-life threatening injuries. ##
