47 year old Richard Wahl has been announced as the winner of this spring’s gigantic $533 million Mega Millions jackpot. Wahl bought the ticket at a northern New Jersey gas station. Wahl was a resident of Michigan and relocated to New Jersey to accept a new job.

A 24 year old inmate at a South Jersey jail faces additional charges after he barfed up 32 packets of heroin in his cell. Authorities in Gloucester Township say Michael Rosario vomited the heroin baggies into his mouth inside the Camden County Jail. He faces additional drug possession charges.
Governor Phil Murphy is now calling on millions of dollars to be spent on public pre-school programs in the Garden State. Murphy made the announcement on Monday, and he eventually wants pre-kindergarten to be offered to all families in New Jersey….that could cost nearly $60 million.
New Jersey State Police say tips from the public helped them nab a woman who allegedly stole a car from a Wawa in Salem County. 40 year old Tanya McCurdy of Woodstown has been arrested and charged with stealing the car in Pilesgrove Township. The car was eventually recovered in Newark, Delaware.
Gas prices are going up this spring even though temperatures are largely staying in the 40s and low 50s. AAA reports that the average price for a gallon of regular gas is now $2.69, up two cents over last week. Higher gasoline prices are expected due to summer-blended gasoline that is sold during the travel…
