The Delaware Memorial Bridge will be closed for a half hour to traffic on Tuesday night. DRBA officials announced that the ship “Zhen Hua” will be passing under the bridge with large cranes at approximately 11:45pm Tuesday, which will necessitate a half hour closure of the bridge.
