Governor Phil Murphy has enacted a commercial vehicle ban on many state highways due to the snowstorm. Murphy says driving conditions will worsen throughout the day. The commercial vehicle ban is not in effect on the Garden State Parkway or Atlantic City Expressway.

Three people were killed during a motor vehicle accident at a gas station on Route 23 in Wayne, New Jersey Tuesday morning. A driver who was allegedly on drugs hit a guardrail, crashing into the gas station. Two people inside that car were killed, along with a 23 year old gas station attendant.
