A 46 year old Millville woman has been indicted on charges she committed a stabbing in November. Ramona Howard of East Oak Street has been indicted on aggravated assault and weapons charges. Howard is accused of stabbing a 38 year old woman several times back on November 26th. The woman survived the stabbing.
