A 33 year old woman from Vineland was killed in a motor vehicle accident in Millville Sunday morning. Police say the accident occurred on Fairton Road. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene; her identity has not been released.
A 37 year old Millville man has been arrested on charges that he removed his 11-month old baby from a crib and tossed the child across a room. Police say the mother was able to catch the baby, who was not injured. Anthony Henriquez was charged with two counts of aggravated assault and other offenses.
A 19 year old teen is in critical condition after being shot Friday night in Millville. City police say the shooting occurred at Dock and Broad Streets on Friday night. The victim has been identified as Maurice Lewis. Lewis was taken to Cooper University Medical Center.
53 year old Wayne Harris of Millville lost his life Friday night when he was riding his bicycle. Harris was struck and killed by a motor vehicle near North and Foundry streets when the accident occurred. The crash remains under investigation by local police.
