Lower Township Police announced late Monday morning that Clubhouse Drive at Cox Hall Creek was again open to motor vehicle traffic. Construction work had caused a detour at the intersection, but the work has been completed.
Lower Township Police discovered a structure fire on the 1600 block of Bayshore Road Sunday morning. Police say Patrolman William Kosic discovered the fire, which drew response from several area fire departments. No word of any injuries, or what may have started the fire.

A water main issue in Lower Township has been cleared. Lower Township Police announced this morning that traffic has resumed back to normal following the incident that closed a portion of the roadway for several hours on Sunday.
A water main break caused big problems in Lower Township on Sunday. A break in North Cape May at Bayshore Road and Washington Boulevard caused a disruption in service. The MUA was finishing up repairs late Sunday afternoon.
