33 year old Thomas Malinowski of Galloway was killed Wednesday morning when his vehicle collided with a school bus. The accident occurred on North Pitney Road, according to police. The driver of the bus and two students exited the bus safely. Malinowski was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say the owner of Giovanni’s II Pizzeria caught the boy breaking into his business during the early morning hours on Sunday. The youth is charged with three counts of burglary, theft, and criminal mischief.
