39TH STREET PARK TO GET IMPROVEMENTS IN AVALON

A park in Avalon will get a make over. Administrator Scott Wahl told Coastal Broadcasting that the work on the 39th St. park is worth about $500,000 and will include open space funding. Some of the improvements will include a Bocce courts, gazebo, and improved playground area. These improvements will take place over the winter.
