A vehicle stop in Wildwood led to the discovery of heroin by local police. Police there say Kelvin Aguilar-Soto was found in possession of 84 bags of heroin. The contraband had a street value of roughly $1,000. He was charged with heroin possession and placed in the Cape May County Jail on $100,000 bail.
