Cape May County has 17 new cases of coronavirus, and our overall County residential caseload remains below 400. For the first time in awhile, Middle Township has reached the 100 case mark again. Seven of the County’s 16 communities have single digit numbers of the virus.
The number of coronavirus cases in Cape May County has fallen sharply. The latest figures released by the County Wednesday show 380 resident cases of the virus. No community has 100 or more cases. Six of the 16 communities are reporting cases in the single digits.
The County of Cape May is seeking public input on its new comprehensive plan. The plan involves issues including economic development, land use, and transportation. The number of coronavirus cases in Cape May County continues to drop. New figures released by the County Tuesday show 481 active cases which is down significantly from recent weeks. Every town has at least two active residential cases of the virus; Lower Township and Middle Township each have 116 cases.
