LATE NIGHT SHOOTING IN PLEASANTVILLE

Authorities are investigating a shooting that occurred late Tuesday night. Police report finding a victim with multiple gunshot wounds at about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday night near Mulberry and Linden Avenues. Authorities reported that the victim was conscious and speaking with officers before being transported to the hospital. The shooting is under investigation and no other information has been released.

An Absecon man was indicted for vehicular homicide in connection with a fatal crash that claimed the life of a Pleasantville woman in 2011.
