A man was arrested for a burglary that took place in Absecon last week. Scott Boucher, of Galloway Township was placed in jail and charged with burglary and theft. Bail was set at $100,000. Police have charged him in two burglaries in the municipality, one on New York Ave. and one on Plaza Place.
