From four Catholic parishes to just one, in Atlantic City. The Camden Diocese announced over the weekend that the four parishes in the gaming resort will merge into one called the Parish of St. Monica. The merger will occur on July 1st. Atlantic City Police are investigating a stabbing that occurred on Saturday night. It happened in the 300 block of North South Carolina Avenue. The man was stabbed and rushed to a local hospital for immediate surgery. The suspect remains at large, the victim’s name has not been released.
